ASIC Repair

Thorough diagnostics and inspection of the device are important for repairing ASICs from IceRiver, Antminer, and Whatsminer.

The process begins with a visual inspection of the ASIC to assess its overall condition, technical capabilities, and repair profitability.

Next comes preliminary diagnostics and complete soldering of all electronic components of the board, including chips, to eliminate the effect of factory solder degradation.

ASIC Diagnostics:

Complete diagnostics of the hash board is performed using specialized diagnostic equipment designed for testing this ASIC model. The test results determine the number of faulty components and the volume of work required. We then coordinate the repair timeline and cost with the owner.

If the cost of repairs and components does not exceed the set price for this model, the hash board is repaired without prior approval.

ASIC Testing:

After repairing the ASIC (hash board), it is placed on a tester stand at Bitmain, IceRiver, where the final part of the post-repair testing is conducted under load with periodic ASIC reboots for 48 hours.

If additional defects are found during the final check, the device is returned for rework.

We then return it to the tester stand until the device has run stably for 48 hours.

After a successful final check, we install warranty seals and software on the device and notify the customer of its readiness for collection.

The repair timelines for IceRiver, Antminer, WhatsMiner depend on the complexity of your miner’s malfunction and the availability of all necessary parts in stock. If a part is missing, we additionally coordinate the ASIC repair timeline considering the delivery of necessary components to our service center.

Warranty:

Applies to the ENTIRE hash board or ASIC as a whole, including chips and components (power supply, control board) on which we have NOT performed repairs and is maintained ONLY in the presence of warranty seals during the warranty period.

NOT maintained:

If warranty seals are broken, visible severe mechanical damage to the board, traces of liquid exposure, including immersion oil, severe device overheating, software replacement.
